LOVE VENOM accepts orders all year round 24/7. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. Express shipping is available when checking out. All customers are provided a tracking number to check their order status once it has been processed. We prioritize timely shipping on all orders. Any discrepancies or delays with shipping carrier after order is shipped are out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen parcels during shipping process. 

Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges are accepted at LOVE VENOM with special circumstances. Only for errors on our end (i.e defects) no for errors on customer end (i.e sizing) If you have any issues please email INFO@LOVEVENOM.COM with order number and brief description before sending item back. Order must be approved by us for the exchange beforehand. If the exchange is granted by us all items must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with tags and labels still intact. ALL EXCHANGES HAS TO BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ORDER. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen parcels during shipping process.
